In person and telehealth services are available. In My office is conveniently located just north of Seattle. It is easily accessible from I-5 and is one mile from the Shoreline South/148th St. light rail station. There is free off-street parking. Accessibility notes: the office is located on the second floor and there is no elevator in the building. Please contact me if this is a problem or concern.

You may also call me at 425-620-3072 and leave me a confidential voicemail with your name, contact phone number, and good times to reach you. Please keep in mind that I do not have a receptionist and am often unable to answer my phone as I am meeting with clients. I will return your call as soon as possible. I aim to return calls within 1-2 business days. I arrange a free 5-10 minute phone call with all potential new patients so I can determine if my services are a good fit for your needs. Please note that I do not complete evaluations for ADHD as part of my practice.

Crisis:

As a solo provider, I am unable to provide 24 hour on-call crisis services. If you are in crisis and having thoughts of hurting yourself or someone else, please call the 24 hour King County Crisis Line at 1-866-427-4747, call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room where you will be able to access immediate services.
